Merritt Homes is a residential custom home builder that was established in 2000. We have built an outstanding reputation based on attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

Founder, Shawn Merritt, is a long time resident of St. Francois County. Together with his wife Misty and their two sons Ethan & Jacob, they have made their home here in Farmington, MO. It is their vision to continue to build custom homes in the area; not only to improve the life of the home owner; but the quality of the community. With every house that is built a new friendship is formed.

Merritt Homes is very proud to be an active part of making Farmington, MO “The City of Tradition & Progress”. As a part of the community we strive to give back by employing area subcontractors, consistently making purchases through local suppliers, purchasing advertising materials through local printers and actively participating in various local charities and organizations.
